Patrick is a seasoned mixologist, a member of the US Bartender's Guild, and founder of Bar Rover. He has worked in the Times Square area, Hell's Kitchen, Greenwich Village and Downtown Brooklyn over the last decade.
For the last five years he has been specializing in Whiskey knowledge and whiskey cocktails. He's frequently found with his nose in a tome of liquors, liquor creation, distilleries and their history, or the history of cocktails. Patrick's knowledge is due largely in part to "On the Rocks Whiskey Bar" in Hell's Kitchen, an all-whiskey establishment. After 2 years with OTRBar, Patrick is now the head bartender.
Patrick has been hired as a freelancer by Woodford Reserve, Paul John Whisky, BenRiach, and The Glenrothes.
He is currently a Brand Ambassador for Clonakilty Irish Whiskey.
Patrick is eTips-certified and ATAP-certified in New York state.
