Patrick is a seasoned mixologist, a member of the US Bartender's Guild, and founder of Bar Rover. He has worked in the Times Square area, Hell's Kitchen, Greenwich Village and Downtown Brooklyn for the the last decade.
For the last four years he has been specializing in Whiskey knowledge and whiskey cocktails. He's frequently found with his nose in a tome of liquors, liquor creation, distilleries and their history, or the history of cocktails. In addition to working at an all-whiskey establishment since 2016, Patrick has been hired as a freelancer by Woodford Reserve, Paul John Whisky, Ben Riach, and Glenrothes.
